Description
The Hopkinson House Condominium high rise was built in 1963. While it does have modern features, the building does have a certain 60’s era charm, like a covered carport for pick-ups and drop-offs. Its a nice feeling having a doorman open your car and building doors.
As one of Philadelphia’s larger condominium buildings, Hopkinson House has a surprising range of unit types, with condos that begin at efficiencies and studios, all the way up to luxury 3 bedroom condos.
Many of the units have balconies and the Hopkinson House residents have access to the buildings rooftop pool and there is also a solarium, with kitchen that can be rented for parties and personal events. The building has a 24-hour doorman and concierge, underground valet parking.
A community within this condominium building is very much present, with exercise classes, book clubs, discussion groups, holiday parties, selected speakers and concerts in the courtyard.
