  • Mortgage Rate Trends:   Higher rates lower buyer purchasing power and lower rates will increase it. The more a buyer has to pay the lender to borrow money, the less they will have available to pay you. Its important to know which direction rates are headed and how it will affect the asking price.
  • Seasonal Buying Cycles:   Home Buying is far more active at different times of the year and its just not Spring.
  • Neighborhood Changes:  A neighborhood doesn't have to change before it affects home values. Values are affected by impending and sometimes possible changes. Parks, neat bars and restaurants can have a huge positive affect.
