It is estimated that 44% of all property / home renters have bike storage needs and that is projected to increase steadily. Why is that important to property owners?

Bike storage also greatly reduces building wear & tear as wet tires go up and down stairs and rest on unit floors. Handle bars and greasy chains can get on walls.
